Crowded in waves. Local eatery with make your own pizza.
Fresh ingredients and unlimited toppings. I piled them high but the downside of that is if you take it home piled high the crust will get soggy.
It tastes real good fresh out of the oven.
Lots of drink flavors and a family setting.
I will return soon. -

Today I first experienced Pieology Pizza.
I ordered two pizzas and chicken wings online and arrived 20 minutes later. But my order was not well prepared and even the clerk was not aware of the chicken wings order. So I had to wait more than 5 minutes until the chicken wings were ready.
The taste was great.
But at the bottom of the pizza was a burning soot.
I didn't like it on my hands, and I didn't want to eat it, so I had to get rid of it before eating it.
Without soot I would be able to enjoy the pizza even more deliciously without any complaints.
If you don't get soot on the pizza, it seems to be a delicious pizza that people find more and more. -

Coolest pieology I've been to by far.
First time I came here they ran out of boxes due to how busy they were, but instead of turning down customers they macguyvered some boxes out of the wraps and kept going on.
2nd time I got here it was barely closing by like a couple minutes, but they still let me make a last minute pizza and were really cool about it. Super great service. -

5 stars for chain DIY pizza. With that in mind...
This location always gets crazy busy so I try to go before the lunch or dinner rush if I know the kids want to come.
$8.99 for a thin crust + unlimited toppings is a great deal. I like the quality of the ingredients and the variety. Their bacon is unfortunately really thick crumbled so I got a bunch of chunks that were still squishy and felt barely cooked...but I'm sure are food safe for consumption. Gonna hard pass if I see big pieces next time.
$1.25 more gets you a "thick crust" but unlike the pictures on the wall, it's really just an average regular crust. It's two regulars smashed together; I ordered it. I prefer it to the thin because it's easier to hold with my oodles of toppings.
Wings, fries, and that sweet sauce bar are a welcomed addition. I'll have to try the wings next time. A side of fries is $2.49 and they are thick, crunchy, and well drained / not super oily.
P.S. Guava lemonade is 9 stars. Get it. Not all locations have it, it's one of the main reasons I'll come to this location. -
